Linkssor manufactures wiring harnesses and cable assemblies for industrial automation — robot and SCARA arm harnesses, servo and encoder cables, PLC control cabinet wiring and sensor harnesses. High-flex and continuous-bend cable constructions are available where the application involves repeated motion.

Can you build high-flex harnesses for a continuously moving axis?
Yes. We supply chain-rated and continuous-bend cable constructions, and we will ask for your bend radius and cycle count so the construction is specified rather than guessed.
Do you accept 3D CAD routing models?
Yes. A supplied 3D model lets us validate branch lengths and bend radii before the forming board is built, which reduces first-article correction cycles.
