Linkssor builds custom automotive wiring harnesses for passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles and aftermarket programmes — engine, chassis, cabin and diagnostic harnesses. Production runs under IATF 16949:2016 on the Dongguan manufacturing entity, using automated crimping, 100% electrical continuity and short-circuit testing, and crimp cross-section verification.
Vehicle harnesses fail for predictable reasons: underspecified wire gauge, marginal crimp height, missing strain relief at a branch, or a connector that was never qualified for the vibration it sees. Our engineering review targets those four failure modes before a single reel is cut.

Can you manufacture from an existing drawing?
Yes — that is our most common programme. Send the 2D/3D drawing, BOM and connector specification. We return a DFM review with any tolerance, gauge or connector concerns, then quote.
Do you reverse engineer from a sample?
Yes. Send the physical sample and we measure cut lengths, identify connectors, seals and wire, then produce a drawing for your approval before building.
What is the minimum order quantity for automotive harnesses?
MOQ depends on connector and terminal availability. Prototype and low-volume batches are accepted; the practical floor is set per part number and quoted individually.
Which certifications apply to automotive harnesses?
Manufacturing is covered by IATF 16949:2016 (certificate 0597346) and ISO 9001:2015. Note that the IATF scope excludes product design under Clause 8.3.
