Automotive Wiring Harness
Vehicle harnesses fail for predictable reasons: underspecified wire gauge, marginal crimp height, missing strain relief at a branch, or a connector that was never.

Linkssor is a wire harness manufacturer based in Dongguan, China, holding IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 certification. We build custom automotive wiring harnesses, EV high-voltage cable assemblies, appliance harnesses and industrial control harnesses for OEM and ODM programmes — to your drawing or to your sample. Rated capacity is 100,000 harness sets per month across 8 assembly lines, with a typical 5–7 day sample turnaround.
Every family runs on one quality system and one engineering process. Choose the product best matching your application — then send us the drawing, sample or specification.

Vehicle harnesses fail for predictable reasons: underspecified wire gauge, marginal crimp height, missing strain relief at a branch, or a connector that was never.

High-voltage assemblies are unforgiving: one marginal crimp becomes a thermal event. We treat the crimp as a controlled process with cross-section verification on.

Two-wheeler harnesses live outdoors: rain, vibration, UV and constant flexing at the head tube. The specification that matters most is sealing and strain relief at.

Appliance programmes are won and lost on cost, consistency and packaging. Harnesses are flat-packed for robot or bench assembly, labelled to the appliance BOM, and.

Off-highway harnesses have the hardest life in the industry. Our answer is physical: heavier gauge where flexing happens, full conduit coverage rather than partial,.

Automation customers care about two things beyond price: signal integrity and cable life in a continuously flexing axis. We specify high-flex conductor construction.
See detailsMost of our programmes start with incomplete information. That is normal. We work from whatever you have — a 2D drawing, a 3D model, a competitor sample, a wiring diagram, or just a connector list — and take it to a tested, shippable harness.
Manufacture strictly to your drawing and BOM. We confirm DFM, run first-article inspection and hold tolerances on cut length, crimp height and pull-out force.
Learn moreSend a physical sample. We measure, identify connectors and wire, reverse engineer the drawing, then quote a drop-in replacement with documented equivalency.
Learn moreStress simulation, wire-routing optimisation, connector selection, waterproof connector design and harness DFM/DFA review before tooling is cut.
Learn moreSample within 5–7 working days, validated by 100% electrical test, then a controlled transfer to volume with PPAP-style documentation and traceability.
Learn moreIATF 16949:2016 (cert 0597346) and ISO 9001:2015 certification held on the manufacturing entity — not on a trading company. Certificates, scope and expiry dates are published in full.
We run our own harness stress simulation system, machine-vision wire-sequence verification platform and processing-parameter control system — all registered copyrights, all deployed on our lines.
Process pass rate ≥98%, shipment lot pass rate ≥99%, assembly defect rate ≤60 PPM. Measured monthly, reported to customers on request.
5–7 working days for typical prototype harnesses. Parallel sample builds for A/B variants when your validation plan needs them.
You talk to the process engineer who owns your project — not a relay of sales people. English-language technical correspondence, drawings returned in your preferred format.
Lot-level traceability on wire, terminals, seals and housings, tied to the test record of each harness. Recall scope can be closed in hours, not weeks.
Two facilities in the Guangdong manufacturing belt: engineering and technology development in Shenzhen, volume manufacturing in Dongguan Chang'an — 45 minutes apart.

Our process follows the discipline of IATF 16949:2016 applied to the full product realisation flow — from requirement capture to continuous improvement.
Drawing, BOM and specification check; DFM feedback issued before quotation is final.
Connector, wire and seal selection; routing and stress simulation where applicable.
Cut length, crimp height, pull-force and test parameter definition; fixture and forming-board design.
First-article inspection, crimp micro-section, 100% electrical test, environmental sampling.
PPM and pass-rate tracking, corrective action on any excursion, feedback into the next build.

There is no single MOQ. It depends on connector and terminal availability and on set-up cost, and it is quoted per part number. Prototype and low-volume batches are accepted; we will tell you the quantity at which the unit price stops improving.
5–7 working days for a typical harness where connectors are in stock. Where a connector must be sourced from overseas distribution, that transit time is stated separately in the quotation.
Yes — that is our build to sample service. We measure cut lengths and branch geometry, identify connectors, terminals, seals and wire, then produce a drawing for your approval before production begins.
Yes to IATF 16949:2016 — certificate 0597346, valid to 11 February 2029. No to design: the certified scope is manufacturing of wire harness and excludes product design under Clause 8.3. Design and simulation work is carried out by our Shenzhen technology entity.

Yes, and we prefer it that way. Send the NDA first — your drawing files are then handled by named engineers only.
A drawing, a sample, a connector list or a photo is enough to start. Typical reply within one working day, with engineering questions rather than a sales pitch.
