EV & Energy Storage High-Voltage Cable Assembly Manufacturer
Linkssor manufactures high-voltage cable assemblies for electric vehicle battery packs, power distribution units, traction motors and stationary energy storage systems. Assemblies use orange HV-rated cable with shielded or sealed ring-terminal and connector terminations, produced under IATF 16949:2016 manufacturing controls with 100% electrical and insulation testing.
High-voltage assemblies are unforgiving: one marginal crimp becomes a thermal event. We treat the crimp as a controlled process with cross-section verification on every lot, and we build the insulation and shielding stack around the application's voltage class, not around what is cheapest.

Do you supply HV cable assemblies with HIPOT testing?
Yes. Insulation resistance and dielectric withstand testing can be specified per assembly, with the test record tied to the unit serial or lot.
Can you develop a custom waterproof connector?
Yes. Our Shenzhen technology entity holds a utility model patent (ZL 2025 2 1004104.X) for a waterproof connector with a self-locking mechanism, and we support application-specific connector development.
