Wire Harness Factory & Manufacturing Capacity
Linkssor operates a 3,600 m² wire harness plant in Chang'an Town, Dongguan, China, with eight assembly lines, 65 employees and a rated capacity of 100,000 harness sets per month. Equipment includes 15 semi-automatic and 5 fully automatic crimping machines, 4 computerised cutting machines, 6 automatic electrical test stations and an in-house reliability laboratory.
Two sites, one process. Shenzhen carries engineering, technology development and customer-facing engineering support; Dongguan Chang'an carries volume manufacturing. They are 45 minutes apart, which means a process problem found on the line can reach the engineering team the same day.
