Build to Sample
Build to sample means Linkssor reverse engineers a physical harness. We measure cut lengths and branch geometry, identify connector housings,.

Build to drawing means Linkssor manufactures strictly to the design record you supply — drawing, BOM and specification. We return a DFM review before quoting, run first-article inspection, verify crimp height and pull-out force per lot, and issue a certificate of conformity against the drawing revision we built to.
Build-to-print looks simple and is not. The failure points are always the same: a drawing revision that is not the one production is holding, a connector part number that has an unstated plating option, or a cut length with no tolerance. Our DFM review exists to surface those before tooling.
We register the drawing revision, list every document received and confirm which revision is authoritative before any material is ordered.
An engineer reviews gauge, connector availability, tolerance achievability, branch strain relief and test feasibility — and issues questions in writing.
Cut lengths, crimp settings, forming-board and test fixture are defined from the drawing, not from a similar part built previously.
First-off units are dimensionally inspected and crimp cross-sections are analysed; the FAI report is sent for your approval.
Once the FAI is approved the criteria are locked. Production runs to the same process settings with lot-level traceability.

PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP, IGES and Excel BOMs. Vector PDF or native CAD is preferred because it removes transcription risk on dimensions.
Yes. Drawings in inches or millimetres are both handled, with the unit declared on the drawing and carried through to the inspection report.
We raise a documented engineering change, re-run first-article inspection on the affected dimensions and re-issue the report. Volume is held until approval.
Yes — where you do not have a design record, see Build to Sample, where we measure and produce a drawing for your approval.
